Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Nindo website and the Nindo Student mobile app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
Nindo provides exam preparation tools including mock tests, analytics, study notes, recorded classes, fee tracking, and AI question extraction, operated for coaching institutes and their students. Your institute controls the content (tests, notes, classes) and fee records you see; Nindo provides the platform.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete account in the app.
Acceptable use
- No attempting to access other users' or institutes' data.
- No cheating, automating, or manipulating tests or leaderboards.
- No abusive, unlawful, or infringing content in messages or queries.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or disrupting the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Your institute may also suspend your access independently.
Payments
Platform subscriptions are purchased by institutes and processed by Razorpay. Fees you owe your institute (tuition etc.) are between you and your institute. Nindo only records their status. Refunds for institute fees are governed by your institute's own policy. The Nindo ChatGPT app does not sell digital goods, subscriptions, or in-chat purchases.
Content
Tests, notes, and classes belong to the institute that created them. You may use them only for your own exam preparation. Nindo and its logos belong to us.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or any particular exam outcome. AI-generated explanations may contain errors. Verify important material with your institute. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
