Questions about plans and billing.
How is the plan limit measured?
By the number of students in your institute. Starter covers up to 30, Growth up to 150, Pro up to 500, and Institute up to 2,000. You move up a plan when you cross a limit.
Is annual pricing available?
Yes. Monthly pricing is shown here; annual pricing is available inside the product when you choose or upgrade a plan.
What happens when I hit my extraction limit?
AI extraction is metered per day and resets daily. Higher plans include more extractions per day — from 1 on Starter up to 20 on Institute.
Can students pay their institute fees through Nindo?
No. Nindo tracks fee records, paid and due status, and fee queries. Admins mark payments as paid; Nindo does not process student fee payments.
How are platform subscriptions billed?
Platform subscriptions are purchased by the institute and processed by Razorpay. Fees a student owes their institute are separate and handled by the institute.
